Shipping
All United States orders are shipped either by UPS ground, FedEx ground or U.S. Mail. Shipping charges are calculated by the online store per individual order. Please allow one to three weeks for delivery. Requesting special delivery (Next Day, 2nd Day or Express Mail) must be made and confirmed via email through the Billiard Club Pro Shop. Additional charges will likely apply.
International Orders and Shipping
Due to the high incidence of credit card fraud internationally, we do not accept credit card payments from non-US bankcards. However, shipping outside the US will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges will likely apply.
Placing an International Order
International customers may place orders in the Pro Shop by selecting the “Check or Money Order” option in the payment section during the order process. This will ensure accuracy of the order, with proper billing and shipping address. International orders will not be shipped until full payment, including additional shipping charges is received. The Pro Shop Store Manager will contact you via email to confirm cost and payment options.
Return Policy
All returns must be within 30 of the receipt of your order. Customers must email first to receive an Email Return Authorization. A copy of the Email Return Authorization must accompany all returns. The ERA may be obtained by e-mail only referencing the Order #. Any return that does not have an ERA will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned unused, in its original box and in re-sellable condition in order to receive full credit. We can not give credit for opened or used equipment. All returned products will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
If you choose to mail your shipment via the US Postal Service, please insure the package. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honor the refund. FedEx and UPS ground automatically insure the packages for up to $100.
Videos and DVD are not eligible for return.
