Here's Johnny...
Once again Johnny Archer ranks #1. He takes over the top spot on the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) rankings, replacing Germany's Ralf Souquet.
Archer had just won his third straight ranking event at the Turning Stone Classic one week after leading Team USA over Team Europe in the Mosconi Cup at the MGM Grand Casino in Las Vegas. Previously he captured the Steve Mizerak Championship, and also won the U.S. 10-Ball Invitational.
Along with his world-class play, Johnny Archer was inducted into the BCA Hall of Fame at the U.S. Open in October. He also launched his campaign to re-grow the grassroots of pool with fellow Hall of Famer Nick Varner. The effort is appropriately named, the Hall of Fame Pool Tour.
Congratulations Johnny Archer! You are definately the Main Man.
